A Crypto Trading Terminal Built for Multi-Exchange Execution

One interface, 8 exchanges, spot and futures. Your funds stay on your own exchange accounts.

The ZoneX Terminal is the execution and risk layer we built because our own evaluation model needed one. It connects to your exchange accounts through API keys, presents a single position and order view across every connected venue, and enforces risk parameters at the point of order entry rather than after the fact.

It holds no funds. Assets remain in your own exchange accounts throughout — the terminal only has the permissions your API key grants it.

    Why traders outgrow exchange interfaces

Exchange front-ends are built to serve that exchange. They are perfectly adequate until the moment your capital is spread across more than one venue — at which point the friction compounds fast.

    • Fragmented position view. Net exposure to an asset held across three exchanges is something you end up tracking in a spreadsheet.
    • Inconsistent risk tooling. Each venue implements stop and take-profit behaviour slightly differently, so your risk process changes depending on which tab you are in.
    • Liquidation blind spots. Very few interfaces show, at order-entry time, how close your stop sits to your liquidation price — the single most common way leveraged positions are lost.
    • Context switching costs. In a fast market, the time spent finding the right tab is the difference between the fill you wanted and the one you got.

    What the ZoneX Terminal does

    Unified multi-exchange execution

Connect Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, Phemex, Gate.io, CoinW, KuCoin and trade all of them from one order ticket. Spot and perpetual futures are both supported, and positions are presented in a single aggregated view rather than per-venue silos.

    Risk enforcement at order entry

Position sizing, mandatory stop-loss placement and liquidation-distance awareness are part of the order ticket. The same discipline that governs a ZoneX evaluation — a stop-loss on every position, and a stop that clears liquidation by 10% — is available on your own capital, whether or not you ever take a challenge.

    Non-custodial by design

API keys only. Grant trading permissions, withhold withdrawal permissions, and restrict by IP where your exchange supports it. There is no ZoneX wallet, no deposit step and no counterparty risk on your balances.

The execution layer for ZoneX evaluations

If you take a ZoneX challenge, this is where you trade it. The same interface, order types and risk controls carry over to an incentive-eligible account, so nothing about your process changes when you move from evaluation to allocated capital.

    Subscription tiers

All tiers are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country.

    Basic — $29/month

Core multi-exchange execution and risk tooling. This is the only tier with a 7-day trial, so it is the natural starting point if you want to test the terminal against your own workflow before committing.

    Advanced — $79/month

Extended tooling plus a complimentary $5,000 challenge. For traders already intending to take an evaluation, the included challenge changes the arithmetic of the subscription considerably.

    Institutional — $149/month

The full feature set plus a complimentary $10,000 challenge, aimed at traders running larger size across several venues simultaneously.

    Connecting an exchange safely

Whatever terminal you use — ours or anyone else's — the API key configuration is what determines your risk. The rules are the same everywhere:

    • Enable trading permissions. Never enable withdrawal permissions.
    • Restrict the key by IP address if your exchange supports it.
    • Use a separate key per tool, so revoking one does not disrupt the others.
    • Rotate keys periodically and revoke immediately if a device is compromised.

    Frequently asked questions

What is a crypto trading terminal?

A crypto trading terminal is a single interface that connects to multiple exchange accounts through API keys, letting you route orders, manage risk and monitor positions across venues without logging into each exchange separately. It does not custody your funds — assets stay on the exchange.

How is a terminal different from an exchange interface?

An exchange interface only shows that exchange. A terminal aggregates several, adds order types and risk tooling the exchange may not offer natively, and gives you one position view across venues. Traders who run capital on more than one exchange usually reach the limits of native interfaces quickly.

Which exchanges does the ZoneX Terminal support?

The ZoneX Terminal connects to Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, Phemex, Gate.io, CoinW, KuCoin — 8 venues covering both spot and perpetual futures.

How much does the ZoneX Terminal cost?

Three tiers: Basic at $29 per month, Advanced at $79 per month and Institutional at $149 per month. Each is a subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel. Advanced includes a complimentary $5,000 challenge and Institutional includes a $10,000 challenge. A 7-day trial is available on the Basic tier only.

How do I cancel my ZoneX Terminal subscription?

You can cancel at any time through your ZoneX account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: access continues until then and you are not charged again. Cancelling during the 7-day Basic trial means no subscription charge is taken. Refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Is a trading terminal safe to connect to my exchange account?

It depends entirely on the API key permissions you grant. Create keys with trading permissions enabled and withdrawal permissions disabled, and where your exchange supports it, restrict the key to specific IP addresses. A terminal never needs withdrawal rights to place orders.

Do I need a terminal to trade crypto?

No. If you trade one pair on one exchange, the native interface is enough. Terminals earn their cost when you manage positions across multiple venues, need consistent risk controls across all of them, or want execution tooling the exchange does not provide.

    Important information

Who you are contracting with. ZoneX AG is a technology company registered in Switzerland under CHE-192.381.383. ZoneX is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment firm or regulated financial institution, does not provide investment advice, and does not accept client deposits or hold client funds.

What is being purchased. ZoneX sells access to skill-assessment software: evaluation challenges and ZoneX Terminal subscriptions. Challenges are conducted in a simulated environment with virtual funds. No real capital is traded during a challenge, no monetary gain arises from the challenge itself, and the fee is a software and assessment service fee — not a deposit, investment, loan or transfer of funds.

No promised outcome. Nothing on this page is an offer of employment, a guarantee of income, or a promise that an evaluation will be passed or that an incentive-eligible account will be granted. Most evaluations are not passed. Any incentive-eligible account is granted at ZoneX's discretion under a separate written agreement, after identity verification. Figures shown are examples, not projections. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Risk. Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Only purchase an evaluation with money you can afford to lose in full.

Fees, billing and cancellation. Challenge fees are charged once, in the currency shown at checkout, by ZoneX AG. Terminal subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Challenge fees are non-refundable once any part of the challenge has been used; a 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies to entirely unused purchases under Swiss consumer law. The full position, including how to request a cancellation, is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

About the ZoneX Terminal. The Terminal is non-custodial software licensed on a monthly subscription. It never takes custody of assets: funds remain in the user's own exchange accounts and are accessed only through API keys the user creates and can revoke at any time. ZoneX does not execute trades on a user's behalf, does not provide trade signals or investment advice, and is not affiliated with the exchanges named on this page — those names are used descriptively to identify supported integrations.

Billing support. Subscriptions are billed by ZoneX AG and renew monthly until cancelled. If you do not recognise a charge, or you have a question about billing, cancellation or a refund, contact support first — we resolve billing issues directly and quickly.

Eligibility. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old. ZoneX does not accept customers in restricted jurisdictions; the applicable list is set out in the Terms.
