These guidelines ensure that all promotions of ZoneX are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our platform standards.

1. What ZoneX Is (and Is Not)

ZoneX is a trading evaluation platform.

You may say:

• trading challenge
• evaluation platform
• skill-based trading program

You must not say:

• guaranteed profits
• passive income
• investment opportunity
• "funded account" without context
• anything implying users receive real capital automatically

2. Accuracy of Information

You must:

• understand the Challenge Rules and Terms
• present rules clearly and fairly
• explain risk, drawdown limits, and conditions

You must not:

• oversimplify in a misleading way
• omit key conditions such as rules, limitations, or payouts

3. Required Disclosures

Where applicable, you must:

• disclose partner relationship (e.g. "partner link")
• state: "This is not financial advice"
• include risk context (trading involves risk)

4. Content Standards

Your content must:

• be honest and not misleading
• reflect actual platform functionality
• avoid exaggerated claims or unrealistic expectations

Prohibited:

• fake results or screenshots
• manipulated performance claims
• clickbait implying guaranteed success
• language implying pumps, "moon," "100x," or guaranteed upside

5. Traffic & Promotion Rules

You must not:

• use bots, spam, or fake traffic
• create self-referrals
• impersonate ZoneX
• run ads using "ZoneX" brand keywords without permission

6. Jurisdiction & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with:

• local advertising laws
• financial promotion rules
• platform-specific policies (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Do not target jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted.

7. Content Control

ZoneX may request:

• edits to content
• removal of non-compliant material

You must comply promptly.

8. General Principle

If in doubt: be accurate, transparent, and conservative in claims.
