NFT Terms

1. Nature of the NFT and Challenge

1.1 Challenge access. A ZoneX NFT provides only the Challenge-access rights stated in its approved NFT offer. The Challenge is a simulated evaluation on live market data; simulated orders do not reach real markets. The Challenge Terms & Conditions and Challenge Rules apply.

1.2 No financial or investment rights. The NFT is not money, a wallet, credit, collateral, margin, stored value, a payout token or a financial entitlement. It does not give its holder cash, crypto, profits, trading capital, a funded account or Performance Remuneration, and ZoneX does not issue, market or promote it as an investment, savings product, speculative product or opportunity to earn a financial return. Except for the stated Challenge-access right, ZoneX does not accept the NFT as payment for other ZoneX goods or services.

1.3 Separate funded stage. Passing a Challenge does not automatically create any right to a funded account, capital or remuneration. Any funded-stage relationship requires ZoneX's separate review and approval and, where approved, the applicable Funded Trader Services Agreement and Funded Trader Rules.

2. Single-use and recurring NFTs

2.1 Single-use NFTs. A single-use NFT may be redeemed once for its specified Challenge. After redemption, ZoneX may burn it or permanently render it non-redeemable; if it remains visible in a wallet, it carries no further Challenge-access right.

2.2 Recurring NFTs. A recurring NFT provides the Challenge access, frequency and maximum claims stated in its approved offer for each fixed period. Unused rights expire at the end of the applicable period and do not carry over or accumulate as Challenges, credits, points, stored value or cash value, and cannot be exchanged for anything. It does not create an unlimited entitlement.

2.3 Recurring transfers. If a recurring NFT is transferred, the new holder receives only future unused periodic rights. Transfer does not restore past or used rights, reset a claim period or increase the maximum claims for a period.

3. Transfers and secondary markets

3.1 Rights transferred. Transfer of an NFT transfers only the unused Challenge-access rights attached to it. It does not transfer a ZoneX account, a Challenge already activated or started, funded-stage eligibility or approval, a Funded Trader relationship, Performance Remuneration, a personal payment claim or any other non-transferable ZoneX right.

3.2 No ZoneX secondary-market role. ZoneX does not operate or control an NFT secondary market, match buyers and sellers, broker trades, custody NFTs for users, exchange NFTs for cash or crypto, buy NFTs back, or charge a trading commission or marketplace fee on secondary sales. ZoneX does not guarantee that an NFT can be listed, sold, purchased or transferred, or guarantee liquidity, buyer demand, marketplace availability, resale price or increase in value.

3.3 Third-party marketplaces. Third-party marketplaces are independent of ZoneX and are not endorsed or guaranteed by ZoneX. ZoneX is not responsible for their outages, fees, smart contracts, scams, failed transactions, trading losses or buyer-seller disputes, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Redemption, acceptance and eligibility

4.1 Acceptance. Before ZoneX accepts redemption, the holder must expressly accept the NFT Terms, ZoneX Terms of Use, Challenge Terms & Conditions and Challenge Rules then applicable. This requirement also applies where the holder acquired the NFT from a third party and has not previously accepted ZoneX terms. ZoneX may retain evidence of acceptance, including the NFT/token ID, wallet address, timestamp, account ID where applicable and the exact document versions accepted.

4.2 Eligibility and compliance. NFT ownership does not create an unconditional right to receive a Challenge. Redemption remains subject to ZoneX's normal age/capacity, permitted-jurisdiction, sanctions, prohibited-person, fraud, security and other mandatory legal or compliance requirements under the applicable ZoneX terms. These requirements apply through the existing ZoneX eligibility and compliance framework, not as an unrestricted right to refuse redemption.

4.3 Wallet authority and disputes. Control of the wallet containing the NFT is normally treated as evidence of authority to request redemption. ZoneX may temporarily suspend redemption where it reasonably suspects theft, fraud, unauthorised transfer, competing ownership claims or another legal or compliance issue.

5. Wallet, blockchain and network risks

5.1 Holder responsibility. ZoneX does not hold or custody NFTs for users. Holders are responsible for their wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices and transaction approvals. Except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, ZoneX is not responsible for losses or loss of access caused by lost keys, compromised wallets, phishing, malicious approvals, hacked devices, mistaken transfers or fraud involving third-party wallets or marketplaces.

5.2 Infrastructure risks. Except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, ZoneX is not responsible for losses, loss of access, delays or costs arising from third-party blockchain or network outages, forks, wallet software, marketplace smart contracts, gas/network fees or other infrastructure outside ZoneX's reasonable control. ZoneX may temporarily suspend redemption where reasonably necessary because of a security incident, blockchain/network failure, fraud concern or legal/compliance requirement.

6. One-time 50% Challenge coupon

6.1 Coupon entitlement. After an NFT is redeemed for its specified ZoneX Challenge, the redeemer receives one single-use 50% discount on one future ZoneX Challenge of the same type.

6.2 Not performance-based. The coupon is granted regardless of whether the redeemed Challenge is passed, failed or otherwise ends. It is a fixed promotional benefit and does not depend on trading performance or Challenge outcome.

6.3 Limited use. The coupon may only be used to reduce the purchase price of one future Challenge. It cannot be exchanged for cash, crypto, credit, stored value, trading capital, a funded account, Performance Remuneration or any other financial entitlement, and cannot be stacked with another discount unless ZoneX expressly allows it.

6.4 Personal and separate. The coupon is tied to the redeemer's ZoneX account and is not automatically transferred with the NFT. It does not change the Challenge rules, eligibility requirements or separate funded-stage review and approval process. The applicable expiry and redemption mechanics may be stated in the relevant NFT offer.

7. Distribution and general provisions

7.1 Distribution and promotions. The issuance, sale, giveaway, quest distribution, contest distribution or other initial allocation of NFTs is subject to the specific approved NFT offer or promotion rules. These NFT Terms do not themselves authorise any particular distribution method.

7.2 Intellectual property. Ownership of an NFT does not transfer ownership of or grant unrestricted rights in the ZoneX name, trademarks, logos, artwork, software, website content, smart-contract code or other intellectual property. The holder receives only the NFT utility/redemption right stated in these Terms and any limited display right expressly permitted by ZoneX.

7.3 Replacement Challenge. If the Challenge linked to an NFT is discontinued, replaced, renamed or materially reconfigured, ZoneX may provide a substantially equivalent replacement Challenge with reasonably comparable access and value. ZoneX is not required to keep an obsolete Challenge available indefinitely and may not substitute a materially inferior Challenge. The single-use or recurring limits and expiry rules attached to the NFT remain applicable to the replacement.

7.4 Relationship with other ZoneX terms. These NFT Terms supplement the ZoneX Terms of Use, Challenge Terms & Conditions and Challenge Rules. For NFT-specific utility, redemption, expiry and transfer matters, these NFT Terms prevail to the extent of a conflict. Eligibility, compliance, Challenge participation and funded-stage requirements under the other applicable documents remain unchanged. For matters outside NFT-specific utility, redemption, expiry or transfer, the existing order of precedence under those documents applies.
